Next Step Client Follow-up Service
Along with our Connexions service, Welfare Call also provides its Client Follow-up Service for many Next Step Offices, including those using the Reidmark IAG Manager System.
For a fixed rate, Welfare Call will collect and report back to you all of the relevant information regarding the client’s current employment or training status and any other questions you may wish us to ask. We make un-interrupted calls on weekdays until 8.00pm and Saturdays until 2.00pm to maximise results. Welfare Call prides itself on achieving an average completed call success rate of over 75%
There is no minimum term contract and no up front fee!
Primarily, all information is sent through from the external agency on an Excel spreadsheet and imported into our database / system. At this point we will have basic information, such as Client Name, Telephone Contact, Address and the Name of the Advisor or the Sub Contracting Agency where the advice session took place. This information enables us to make contact with the client and also use background details to gain further information. Once a client has been contacted we are able to complete and export the data to the agency’s specification.
