Welfare Call School Support Service

This service consists of three comprehensive elements;

First Day Absence Follow Up.

Each morning the school sends Welfare Call a list of pupils who have not received the registration mark that morning, either by fax or email. We then contact the parent/carer of the child to determine the reason why, which is then reported back to the school.
We do not send automated messages, this is a personal service with trained operators speaking on behalf of the school.
