Welfare Call Raises over £500 for Macmillan Cancer Support

We are delighted to report that our Macmillan’s Cancer Support ‘Coffee Morning’ on Friday 28th September raised an astonishing £535.86 It was an amazing effort by all our employees who pulled out all the stops to raise money for a cause that is very close to our hearts.
In aid of the event staff members took the time to bake cakes to compete for the title of ‘star baker’ or alternatively bought cakes for the day. We had over 20 entrants who produced cakes even Mary Berry would be proud of. In addition to this we also hosted a raffle with a variety of prizes on offer.
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the day and for the incredibly generous donations that were made. We look forward to hosting the event again next year.
