Kent retained for another 4 years!

Welfare Call values every authority that uses our services – we wouldn’t be where we are today without you! Having already worked with Kent’s Virtual School for over 10 years, we had to go through a lengthy tender process over the Summer in which we can now announce that Welfare Call have managed to retain the business for a further 3 years, with the addition of a one year option after that period. Kent have approximately 1,300 children in care, so Welfare Call take great pride in knowing how much of a contribution we make to the Council.
Additionally, we have been asked to assist with the Kent Troubled Families Programme, monitoring the attendance of 400 children on a trial basis. In the first instance we are collecting retrospective information for the previous academic year 2015-16. Going forward we will be collecting half termly for this academic year.
If the Troubled Families Programme is an issue for you, then please contact Kay Reynolds on 01226 716333 to discuss how Welfare Call can help.
