Welfare Call celebrate G-Cloud 10 listing
South Yorkshire based, Welfare Call Limited, have just been confirmed as listed on the Government’s G-Cloud 10 framework and are on track to reach their ambitious expansions plans.
Welfare Call has been providing safeguarding services to Local Authorities since 2002 by contacting more than 14,000 schools every day to monitor the attendance and attainments of Looked After Children and vulnerable groups during their time in education. Now considered the market leader and specialists in the collection and management of this data, their ePEP (electronic Personal Educational Plan) has assisted authorities achieve marked improvements in quality and completion rates of their PEPs and subsequently been acclaimed by Ofsted. The company recently appointed a new CEO, Graham Kavanagh, in March to drive the business into new sectors and this recent G-Cloud 10 win is just the start.
G-Cloud was launched in 2012 with the aim of breaking down barriers to allow SME’s to supply government and requires businesses to make their submissions annually. It has attracted more than £3bn worth of business and 3,505 suppliers accredited in the latest version.
