We’re happy to let you know that the issues affecting the Extranet have been resolved and all services are fully operational.
What happened:
Intermittent slowness – This was caused by Cloudflare DNS propagation and cache refreshing following our recent changes.
Database delays – Our database needed time to reindex after migration. When many users logged in simultaneously, this created a bottleneck that temporarily impacted performance.
Both issues have now been resolved, and services are operating normally. We don’t anticipate any more issues but will continue to monitor the system to ensure everything remains stable.
